1. Why do you want to become an admin?
As an active player on the server, I dedicate numerous hours each day engaging with the community. Throughout my time here, I've consistently witnessed rule infractions that disrupt the gameplay experience. With my extensive familiarity with the State side of the community and the issues that arise within it, I believe I can serve as a valuable asset to the admin team. Not only can I provide roleplay-based assistance, but I am also eager to extend my support to players on an out-of-character level. Additionally, my existing relationships with several current admins would enable seamless collaboration and effective teamwork. By joining the admin team, my goal is to contribute to a fair and enjoyable environment for all players.
2. What are your strengths?
One thing I'm really good at is communicating with others, and I take pride in my exceptional people skills. It's amazing how I can connect with folks from different backgrounds so effortlessly. I love having meaningful conversations and getting to know all kinds of people. When there's a conflict, I'm often the go-to person for resolving it and making fair decisions. People in the city know me for being friendly and approachable, and I've earned the respect of the community. It feels great to receive positive feedback from others, and it shows that I can create positive relationships and contribute to a peaceful and friendly environment.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
I recognize that one area where I might struggle is my tendency to get too deeply involved in every situation. I often feel the need to handle everything on my own instead of seeking help when necessary. While this shows my drive and initiative, it can sometimes make it difficult for me to delegate tasks and work collaboratively with others to solve problems. Additionally, because I strongly believe in certain things, I may engage in intense discussions that some might see as confrontational. I understand the importance of finding a balance between being assertive and diplomatic to maintain positive relationships within the community.
