Rejected I've been blacklisted and my IP has been banned

Hello dear admin team my grand RP acc was blacklisted and my ip was blocked it says i was banned last month and i was still playing yesterday i followed all the rules and i didnt do anything wrong so i would really apreciate it to be able to play again because its fun i hope you can do something about it and this was all on the: DE server 1 and i was sleeping when i got banned
