1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I wanna become an admin as I have completed RP on both sides whether it's legal or illegal being a leader. As I have been playing on the project for the last 2 years. I have been a leader multiple times on all the EN servers. I have been Ng leader on EN1 and I was also the first-ever Ballas leader on EN3 and the 10th Ballas leader as well. After enjoying the RP to its max and having a lot of memories and experience in the server Now, I wanna take a step back from the RP and help the community and try to help in the development of the server. I am passionate about my work and it helps me bring my best to the role. My passion motivates me daily to learn new skills and help the server. I am the type of person who focuses on results and works flawlessly under pressure. I wanna be a Crime Curator as I know every single detail of Crime from 0 to 100 As've been leader and deputy multiple times and have dealt with many situations and have done all types of events situation from IC to OOC. I have helped many people while not being an admin as well. I understand how important this role is to the Server and I find myself a perfect fit for the role of an admin.
2. What are your strengths?
Good listener, Hard working, Dedicated towards the work and responsibilities, Can handle any type of situation single-handedly, Can take good and bold decisions instantly, Not biased towards anyone, and have a lot of experience and knowledge about this server, I can work calmly and effectively under pressure, and whenever any problems or issues arise, I can be left alone to resolve them I am positive, I have excellent communication skills, I am highly organized, and my time management skills are exceptional.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
I have only a few weaknesses as sometimes I forgive people where I shouldn't. But I'll work on it and will make sure it doesn't happen anymore.
