As clearly seen in the POV 635 gave demands as it might be bugged for you
that is why the demands were not audible. As in POV provided by ID 3038 the demands were continued
by ID 635 which clearly shows that demands were given.

Therefore, ID 635 and 3038 will not receive punishment for RDM.​
