Rejected GR 3.1 | Silenced by Notix while arresting RP, no evidence

I was processing a 10-15 after having summoned Notix to a situation where my 10-15 previously threatened me OOC. Later while processing the 10-15, I received a GR 3.1 Silence from Notix who claimed I threatened him after he left the situation. In the bodycam please forward to 16:42 (or 24:30 in the video).

You kept asking me for My POV but everyone in this whole server knows admins dont show their POV to anyone since it has admin info on it. and you kept pushing me for it to show it.(practically forced it)
You were unmuted after I reviewed my POV and saw that my admin tag was off. So I gave you a chance which gave you chance to continue RP.


you also kept harassing and threatening me in my DMs all evidence have been forwarded to the chiefs.

I hope you're listening abilities in english qualify you to be admin, I clearly said "grabbing you by the arm" NOT "cry about that". I did say it quickly so you may have misinterpretted it say "cry about that" but I am appauled if this was your clear understanding of english. Please review this administrators qualifications to be in this role.
