i just get out of my house and he did shoot on me and killed me in front of my house without any warning and my house entrance in the Vagos HQ

They were obviously confused that you are living there. Right next to your door is someone lying unconcious because he most likely pushed on their HQ. Try to talk with the vagos hcs that you life there and dont want to be attacked. I think they didnt mean harm with this, but were understandably confused.
