2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• LSPD is a unique and special organisation and has great potential. With LSPD having the jurisdiction in city, patrolling the city and exciting and alot of action. LSPD is an exciting organisation with alot of oppurtunities and with that excitement i would like to lead this organisation to new records and achievements.
• In my term of Sheriff of SAHP i learnt and lot of lessons and i made mistakes i learnt from. While serving my time as Sheriff of SAHP i also felt like i achieved alot of good things that improved my term. With that exprience ive gained i would like to carry it over to LSPD and make LSPD an even better organisation.
• Why i want to be leader of LSPD cause of the challenges the organization faces and ive got the exprience and motivation to take it on making the city a safer place for all citizens if it is by stopping crime, protecting all the citizens and towing all the cars thats illegal parked that may cause incidents and car crashes.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

• First of all the best way to improve RolePlay is the not mix between IC and OOC. To keep things IC and keep things OOC would improve the RolePlay alot and would improve the RolePlay level in the organzation.
• Second of all is when my units is on towing, i would implement RP commands they should use for when finding the license plate and the ownership of the car, they should use these RP commands before towing the car and this would hugely improve the RolePlay level in the organization.
• And Thirdly is that having a good relationship with the other law enforcement organizations and interacting RolePlay with them would immensely improve the RolePlay level in the organization.
