2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
• I joined the journey of Grand RP 2 years ago , Firstly I started my Journey with SAHP and served there for two Terms then LSPD and then NG and learned how to make good coordination with other Orgs and win the events and working as Leos and Gangs helped me to gain enough experience to Lead a Organization like LSPD and learned that good coordination between Orgmates can make a org Perfect
• Choosing Experienced High Command is Very Important because a Good Leader can make a man Perfect ,
• Working in LSPD from long time has made an Attachment and now it feels Like a Home and I want all of us to stay and keep the home steady and expand the family by bringing more experienced Members in
• I have good capability to Lead and take action on every situation politely .
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
• I have many plans to improving Roleplay by using /me , /do and /try commands and best way is to avoid use of Non-Rp chat which will help in constant RP
• Implement training programs that cover various LSPD operations,which will help to increase the level of RP
