Leader of LSPD
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1- I want to be leader of this organization because I believe I have gathered enough experience as a LEO to be a leader. Started working SAHP in larry's term slowly and after working hard the max I got promoted to Chief of Swat Rank 27 in rocky's term joined LSPD and was given Chief Of Staff rank 28 and then was promoted to Deputy chief in Federico term. Then I joined mighty in LSPD was given Rank Captain and then I joined different orgs was also a Chief Of Staff in SAHP in tony gold term and then Chief Of Staff in Jessica's term of LSPD and after I got Chief Of Staff in Ibti Loco's Term. After working under and with all these leaders as well as fellow colleagues I have learned different things on how to run different departments and the whole org.
2- I have been in LSPD with Luna Quinn, Federico Kingz, Mighty Gin, Jessica and Ibti Loco's Term, working and observing on how to run different departments and Helping the Departments HODs to run there Departments by making decisions to avoid warning or verbals for the org. In these terms I have worked in different departments and have came with a lot of Experience that would make all departments more fun and with a lot of more activities.
3- My recent tenure within LSPD has truly transformed the organization into a place that warmly welcomes me and my dedicated colleagues who have shared this journey. I am resolute in my commitment to preserving the sense of unity and stability that our Organization. My aspiration is to ensure the ongoing contentment of the LSPD while actively expanding our community by welcoming new members and keep growing together.
Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
I have multiple plans on improving the RP in LSPD Like If someone wants to Do a Traffic Stop they will have Stop him by megafon "Like sir please Pullover, Turn your engine Off and Come out of the car" After this he will approach the citizen and can proceed with fines. For Giving Fines he will pullout is Notepad and write "ask his Passport then ask reason why he was doing that and then issue fine with Slip handed over to him /me Gives the Ticket to the Citizen. For Proceeding with the arrest, Officers Follow these commands, that he searches his identification, then He will put him in car and Proceed with the Arrest with same as I mentioned he will pullout his Notepad and Issue wanted list and Fines. HRT when they want to Hire someone he will be in the Office and take his interview after interview he will do /do Puts the LSPD Employment Contract on the table with a Pen after Signing the contract /do Updates the Roster in Computer. IA when some officers is getting a Strike IA will follow this Commands /me Sends the Email to (Name of officer's) for (Reason and days). When there is a Promotion Ceremony I will contact Media For Live Broadcast. I will also contact NG for City Patrolling, Combat trainings and FZ Raid training what to do or what not to Do. I will contact FIB for UC training and Store robberies trainings. I will Contact SAHP to do Patrolling in SAHP jurisdiction and I will also take permission for towing on Highways and I will give them permission to do towing in City as well.
Departments in LSPD
1-HRT: This department would be responsible for hiring and training new officers.
2-SWAT: This department would be responsible for doing our ghetto patrols as well negotiations and taking control in all events.
3-IA: This department would be responsible for checking every officer work and would be acting as internal police to catch bad cops in LSPD.
4-Undercover Bureau: This department would be responsible for collecting evidences to help FIB as well as catching people planting cannabis in the city.
5-Parking Enforcement: This department would be responsible to give HSU and ASU trainings to LSPD officers as well as working on setting up camera radars in different parts of city to fine people for speeding, Driving Recklessly etc. This department will also be responsible for Towing Cars.
5-PR: This department would be responsible for holding the IC events for citizens as well as LSPD officers.
