2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been waiting for LSPD since a long time, I have been around in legal orgs all the time, holding positions as high command or being the leader of the org itself. I took over SAHP couple of months ago, and changed an inactive organization to a fully functional SAHP during my leadership, and I did the same with National Guard and EMS as well when I took over. Being 4 time state leader previously have given me the experience and the knowledge about how the org runs, and the necessary skills/requirements you need in order to run a particular organization with good numbers. I have good experience in LSPD as a Chief of Staff and Task Force handler giving me good High Command experience in LSPD.

LSPD has always been one of the most respected organizations in the state but I believe it has lost its respect it used to have before. After having smooth terms in SAHP and NG, I felt that now is the time to lead LSPD to bring back the old shine the organization had back during the days of Tyrell, Eklavya and Gabi.

Firstly and most importantly, my primary focus as of now will be having good numbers all the time in the organization, whether it be Day Shifts or Night Shifts. I will focus quality over quantity similar to what I did in SAHP and NG. I have a strong plan which consists new Training System which will benefit the org initially, New Bonus systems which will make the employees of the org grind for the money hence having good activity, Strict rules which will ensure the org runs professionally throughout the entire term without having any employees ruin the Image of the org and good set of High commands who are well experienced on running the org. I have planned to bring back some old ranks, departments which were used by many leaders during the prime terms of LSPD.

I would like the change the common problem which many leaders previously have faced "Inactivity". In the prior term LSPD had decent numbers and I would like to change that to having excellent numbers in events, as I mentioned above my focus will be having numbers at any point of time. I have been known for running an org having good numbers and I would like to continue the same in here LSPD as well if I am chosen as the new leader of the org. I will ensure the activity of LSPD in events and other activities throughout the city like towing and patrolling. However, my main focus will be having good numbers in events like Store robberies, Aircraft Carrier, Subs, Informant and Vehicle Escort.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1. Communication
We will ensure the active Use of Radio ALL THE TIME so that Important Information can be transmitted through Radio. This will benefit the org during certain events and global situations. Communication is an important factor during events as its a key towards success.

2. Use of RP Commands (/me,/do,/try)
We will increase the use of these RP Commands often while the on duty.

3. New Realistic Chain of Command and Departments
I have planned to bring back realistic Chain of Command which will be used during the term and new set of Departments, which are currently used in real life by various organizations.

4. State Org Relation
We will conduct meetings and interact with each and every org so we will have good terms with all the state organizations, hence improving the coordination with them which may benefit the org during many situations. We will do our best to improve the RP elements with them.

5. Inner org meetings
We will discuss and take suggestions with every employee of the org before implementing any new rules, procedure, or discuss the problems the org is facing with each and every employee so that it will help improve the coordination among the employees of the org.

6. I will also get rid of favoritism in the org to make people actually want to work to achieve a high rank in the org, if we found someone favoriting people they will be punished accordingly.

7. Departments

Human Resources and Training:
Most important department of the org which will ensure the activity of the org. Mainly focuses on hiring/firing.

Internal Affairs:
This department will focus to ensure the professionalism of the org. Any internal rule breaks will have different sets of punishments. This department will also conduct bodycam inspections, criminal background checks, license checks and trunk inspections.

S.W.A.T:
This department will be responsible for situations, this department will have trained shooters, who are required to control different situations and events. This department will also focus on finding cannabis across the state.

Intelligence Bureau:
The Undercover department of LSPD which will help gather evidence against gangs and families, which will later be handed over to FIB for gang/family raids.

Public Relations:
This department will be the main source of conveying the message of LSPD to the public on what LSPD is doing and what LSPD are up to. This department will be handed over the responsibility for doing IC Global Events which will create some fun RP with the public.
