SO today I saw an ad about the apartment someone is selling i went there to buy it and gave him the money but he didn't gave me the apartment. the apartment cost was 4 million and after taking the money he ran away. I also made the pov of whole thing. he told me he will give it after i gave him the money . plz help me to get my money back and also punish that player. He first take 1 million and then he took 3 million
