I was patrolling around mirror park when i was approached by a civilian who claimed he was threatened and shot at by some suspects, i was following him to the scene and as soon as we got there these 2 guys instantly RDM me down with no rp and no demands and ID 210122 broke rule GEN 6.19 by insulting my mother and calling me a "motherf..."
