2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(a). So, it's kind of my dream to be a leader of any state org, and in LSPD I have been continuously its part for last 5 months from Jessica's 2 term to Tommy this term. I am in LSPD for all this time, and I think all of my dedication until last 5 months are enough to stand myself as a leader now.
(b). After working so hard for this ORG I choose to become its leader because I have seen all the inside and outside things in LSPD in the recent term I agree that there are some persons who have much more experience than me but am open for a chance, so that I can show that experience is not that all matters.
I have seen that we are very low in units at the time after Tsunami in both normal officers and high commands, so I have made a Team who will work out in this, and we will manage to get numbers in Morning shift as well not like Night shift but I will try my best to have number and I personally will jump to night shift and day shift simultaneously, so that I can personally watch and have recruitment all by myself.
(c). I have always been a person who is ground to earth every time, In my whole history in ORGs I never asked for a single promotion or rank up, Even after Jessica's and Ibti's Term after Tommy got the leadership I did not asked for any rank.
And when I was the HOD of HRT in Ibti's Term I managed to work for HRT for the whole day and recruited many persons on hi term. Even after I become a Leader I will still go patrolling with others and do my job in my favorite department which is Human Resource and Training. I know that after being an ORG leader it's always too much work, but I will still try my best to spend my time in ORG also.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
(a). So, like last terms, I will be having the same departments which are:-
(i) Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T.) - They will be the one who will handle heavy weapons and also make special tactics for all other units so that we can respond to any emergency situation in a lenient way and hold over the situation.
(ii) Public Relationship (P.R.) - They will be the one who will make good relationship with our fellow citizens by holding events which every citizen can participate in.
(iii) Human Resource and Training (HR&T) - So, now talking about my most favorite department which is human resources, also it will be the backbone of the LSPD as they will do the recruitment and training of all the units.
(iv) Under Cover (UC): So, the work of undercover will be helping FIB to make gang raids which can only be done after collecting enough evidence against gangs and families, also they will help us to do some big bust so that we can stop the illegal drug and weapon business in the city.
(v) Internal Affairs (IA): Last but not the least we will be having IA which will work internally among us, and they will be the department with the highest power in the whole org.
(b). I will daily try to go patrolling with other junior officers so that they can see the sincerity of mine, that not only HCs they are also a very big part of us, I will try to interact with them daily, so that they can keep motivated at all times.
(c). I will also try to use more commands of /try, /me and /do in cases like where we need to send emails to any officer in their logs and more stuff like this which I plan to do later.
(d.) At the Last I will present my whole experience till now: -
Senior Tropper 2 (SAHP) - 1st term.
Captain of HRT (LSPD) - 2nd term.
DHOD of HRT (LSPD) - 3rd term.
HOD of HRT - 4th term.
