i bought for my friend an apartment because he was offline and when he logged in i sold it to him for the lowest price 250000 and becuase i didn't have money on me he gave me 700000 not because of the apartment but because i had no money to buy things if needed i just wanted to give him the apartment not to sell it to him.

You sent the player money after you sold the apartment to use it to buy the house meaning you gifted the house which is forbidden.​
