Often, gangs can be perceived as uninteresting when newcomers receive inadequate attention and interaction. - My top priority will be to maintain an immersive in-character (IC) environment at all times. I fully understand the importance of IC interactions, and I will actively encourage all members to engage authentically within the gang.
