1 i will make the org Super active
2 i will improve the rp by robbing people daily having partys inside our block etc
3 before recruiting people i will ask people Hard questions in order for them to join.
4 make sure everyone is comfortable and good.
5 an there would me ALOT turf territories.
6 there would be no favoritism
7 i would give out cash to people in need.
