Additional information
1. I am applying to be the leader of the LSPD (Los Santos Police Department)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

The LSPD for me has always been my favorite organization, I’ve spent over 6 terms here with a total for 10 total for LEOs and have always given it my all.
2 of these terms, specifically **Jessica Odd’s term as chief** is home to some of the best memories I have ever had in LEOs.
Her leadership, compassion, and dedication inspired me as 1 of her chief of staffs to give it my all. To represent her and the organization to the best of my abilities.
Her term was undoubtedly one of the best the LSPD has seen.
Now, moving to the present. I have been appointed as a deputy leader twice under Ibti Loco & Tommy slater, both excellent leaders to serve.
Over the course of these past terms, I have established strong relationships with a lot of excellent people, my name is known by many.
For these people, who have commended me for my leadership abilities and overall dedication to LEOs I want to be the leader of this organization to show them what I truly am capable of doing for them.
I aim to give them a Chief that they can rely on, a Chief that they can trust.
I want to make the LSPD the best organization that it is capable of being.

Why would I be a good fit for a leader?

A) My experience
I have been in LEOs for 10 terms back to back, serving under the following leaders:
Rocky waters, Kaii Fox (SAHP)
Omer Hill (FIB)
Mighty Gin, Jessica Coughlin, Ibti Loco, Tommy Slater
Within the SAHP, I have held a form of leadership by being appointed Chief of internal affairs back in Kaii Foxes term. This position in its own required me to be decisive, to ensure all officers were handled equally, have good communication, being capable to keep a good schedule, as well as keeping things organized.
In addition, I have also held positions of power in the LSPD.
Once as a Head of department (IA), once a chief of staff, and now currently a deputy chief of police.
These positions required me to combine my responsibilities with that position and new ones such as establishing a team, organizing collaboration on common issues, and helping keep the department clean.

In summary, I have been in LEOs for 10 terms as well running a department for 2 terms, helping the chief of police run the LSPD as a chief of staff for 2 terms, and making the LSPD run for 2 terms as a deputy chief of police.

B) My reputation

Over my almost year-long journey of being in the city, I have created very strong connections and relationships.
I am respected by many because of my LEO leadership qualities and my overall good character.
I have not had any warnings, however have been put in demorgan for minor reasons.
From those times, I have learned and never made those mistakes again.

C) My team
The team I have created to run my departments and to help me run the LSPD is well rounded, many of these individuals are specialized in what they do.
I hand-picked each of them and assigned them to what I know they are strong with.
This well rounded and balanced team will make the term run smoothly.

D) My dedication
Ever since I started my LEO journey, I have always given it my 100% no matter what. I have dedicated hours of my day to work on the organization, as well as improving my own skills.
This ties with my experience as well, those positions did not come easy as they had to have work put into them.
I will give the LSPD 200% of what I have to offer.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

1) Reforming the Towing Department
During my 6 terms of being in the LSPD , I have always had an eye on the towing department
Though I believe that towing should be a primary duty, that leaves out a section that isn't as entertained.
This includes utilizing the radar gun and going around ticketing cars.
My idea for this would be; to enhance roleplay and provide additional work for our units should towing be covered or unavailable due to it being done by other units.
Creating a secondary duty and source of work would enhance the department as a whole and create more opportunities for unique RP.

In addition, I also seek to create “zones” for each area of the city to keep the streets that need to be cleared a top priority, as well as making sure that officers are focusing on it with incentives.
My zones would also include prohibiting regular ticketing but allow radar traps.

2) Cross Collaboration between the LSPD and SAHP
In my time serving in the SAHP, there has been a particular department that is reminiscent of the traffic enforcement department.
Highway Patrol.
I believe that both departments could work together to further develop an effective plan at controlling the amount of cars recklessly driving through the city and cleaning up abandoned ones.
Training scenarios and group operations (such as radar traps, toll booth stops / border formations)
To further improve our relationship with the SAHP as well as our officers traffic enforcement capabilities.

This will enhance roleplay within the organization and with the SAHP organization by creating unique solutions for common issues, bringing both organizations closer together, showing citizens in the state the capabilities of both organizations, as well as making for a new approach to starting RP.
(This collaboration will be in accordance with curators requirements and limitations)

3) More Undercover officer presence
Undercover officers have widely only focused on finding weed, gathering evidence, and organizing busts.
What I want to implement is a secondary duty that places undercover officers within high traffic places such as; the beach market, pillbox hospital, auto fair, casino, etc.
To gain a better level of vigilance within the city.
This will improve RP by having more Officer presence within the city. To further explain this; it will help create unique scenarios for our officers to respond to, and surprise the criminals with new situations to encourage fresh RP.

4) Public outreach
To improve RP, we should put the LSPD "Out there" more by taking advantage of life invader's radio station and coming up with unique community events to further promote the LSPD.
Some of these events could be pop-up gun drop offs, some events where we go around donating medical supplies, or similar events.
This will improve RP by bringing people together at these events, and give the LSPD a more community oriented approach.

5) Internal Events
In my time being in the LSPD, internal events are something that has happened but not as often as I would’ve liked to see.
My solution; we begin hosting competitions for things like most arrests, most fines, most tows, and more to keep things within the LSPD fresh.
This will not only improve RP by creating a lot more opportunities for it to happen as officers will have to put in more work to compete in weekly events.
This will also benefit the morale within the organization as it is something that the officers can work towards and compete in as well as being rewarded for it.
(I also plan to create benefits for the morning workers to keep activity well rounded through the term)

Cross Organization Relations

EMS, LI

In my term, I aim to work with EMS more directly by helping them with keeping the hospital clear of cars with my towing department, assisting with their open recruitments, background checking their employees, and assisting in their med-runs should they need more LEOs to protect them.
In turn, I also hope to work with them financially by agreeing to a steady stream of extra medkits and medicine for our officers to utilize should they get sick or need spare medkits to help civilians and 10-15s.

As for life-invader, I hope to establish a much better connection with the organization as it is something that is often overlooked by others.
With this, I seek to share stories from my officers during their duties to make the LSPD more communal and to bring more publicity to the organization.
In addition to this, I also would like to create an additional window for our undercover department by allowing life invader employees to share with us potential illegal weapons and item busts created by prohibited advertisements.

FIB, Government

The FIB has always been one of our closest friends within the history of the LSPD, especially with our undercover department.
Overtime, I believe we should curate a new addition to the undercover department, known as Deep UC.
This would consist of having officers infiltrate families and or gangs in order to gain evidence against them similarly to how FIB agents do this.
With their assistance in creating this, I believe it will help keep relations excellent.
(This will also promote roleplay to new heights)

When it comes to government, I feel that the LSPD could help them with things such as;
Public relations events: especially security
Encashment escorts
Escorting VIPs when needed
I believe this would allow both the LSPD and government to work together like clockwork, as we did so long ago.

SAHP

Going back to my 4 terms that I have spent in the SAHP, it holds a special place in my heart.
It is my belief that our departments should work closer together. As observed with our internal affairs collaborations in the past, it may create unique RP scenarios and promote more active teamwork between the organizations.

NG

Similarly to others, I look at the National guard as being home to some of the best of the best. Which is why I feel that both the LSPD and NG could create a system of training for all officers.
Overall, I think that having this opportunity to work on improving things such as your combat awareness and abilities would promote a very healthy and supportive relationship between both organizations.

Gangs
With all Leo’s comes the gang organizations.
I seek to present the LSPD in a professional, and well presented manner towards the gangs in all interactions.

I also seek to improve the RP between us and the gangs during hostage situations by making negotiators available so it is not always just high commands that have to speak to them.

It is with my belief that these negotiators we can create very unique scenarios.

Departments

Traffic Enforcement Department:
My traffic enforcement department will become more organized by creating “zones”
What these are would include the highest priority areas such as Pillbox, blackmarket, beach market, and more.
In addition, I believe creating secondary duties such as ticketing and setting up radar traps.
This would be done only if the towing is covered in full or there is a low need for it at the time.

SWAT:
Relating to my idea with National guard, I believe that my swat department should also offer officers an opportunity to enhance their combat capabilities by creating training sessions and scenarios. This would serve as a secondary duty to go along with their primary duty of completing the weekly ghetto patrols on time, every time.

Public Relations:
In addition to getting events done on time. I believe that my PR should host internal officer events, and create flyers for recruitment, and for more organized events. (Ties with collaborating with Life invader)

Human Resources & Training:
As for HRT, I will ensure that training and recruitment are balanced by teaching high commands how to do so.
In addition, I will make it so that towing officers take priority next to patrol officers when recruiting.

Internal Affairs:
My internal affairs has the potential to be a weapon against corruption, as well as making sure our officers are up to their agreed on standards.
They will commit to checks daily and ensure that all is running smoothly.

Undercover: My undercover division will have more relation to how FIB’s division is ran. They will be extensive and be focused on gathering the most possible evidence on gangs, including out of uniform work.
In addition, this term I hope to create a deep undercover section of the department similarly to how FIB has to further gather evidence on families and gangs.
This would not only expand our relations with the FIB but also make our UC units more versatile as they can gather Rosters, Warehouse, and even infiltrating gangs to further aid in the FIB's goals of raiding them.

Law Department:
Creating a new department, the **law department**. This department will fully root the district attorneys into the LSPD as it’s own thing.
It will allow officers to learn the law and fully understand the procedures when it comes to arresting and processing as the DAs can teach it to them.

This also ties into organization relations- specifically with government’s Department of Justice.
This department could potentially create apprenticeships to become a lawyer- or to better understand the law to become one in the future.

Thank you for your time and consideration,
I hope to be given an opportunity to show you all what I an truly capable of doing for the LSPD.

PS
Thank you for reading through my very long application :)
