Devan Carloss is a 48-year-old Citizen who enjoys community work, and helping out those in need. Devan grew up in a poor family that worked the land. Over the years, the already wealthy neighboring farms grew bigger and bigger while the poorer farms were bought out by big farms for abrupt prices. Devan's father had no choice but to rely on odd jobs, which often consisted of using the family farm as a base of operations for small-time criminals who secretly planted cannabis in between the crops. Devan's father had no choice but to accept this dirty money. It was that, or lose their family farm and the roof that had kept them warm for many, many years.
When Devan was 20, the police finally caught wind of what was happening at the farm, three years after his father had started working with these small-time criminals. Devan's father pleaded with the judge that he had no choice, but the judge found him guilty on all charges. Devan didn't believe that justice had been served, and he suspected there was more at play. He found out that both the judge and the state-appointed lawyer for his father were on the payroll of these small-time criminals. At this point, Devan had lost complete faith in the government, the judicial system, and those who were supposed to take care of them.
However, instead of giving up, Devan channeled his anger and frustration into something positive. He pursued his passion for driving and spent countless hours learning off-roading techniques, becoming an expert in the field. Devan used his skills to help others, volunteering for search and rescue missions in remote areas and organizing charity events. His dedication paid off as he becoming a respected member of the community known for his expertise in off-roading and dedication to justice.
Devan's skills and dedication did not stop at driving. He also became an amazing helicopter pilot, learning to fly and navigate through the air with precision and skill. His expertise in flying allowed him to aid in emergency situations, such as forest fires and natural disasters. Devan's ability to handle any situation with confidence and calm made him an invaluable member of the government and a hero to the community.
Devan's difficult upbringing taught him that finding your passion and working towards it can lead to personal and professional success while positively impacting your community. Despite the hardships he faced, Devan remained committed to making a difference, and his story serves as an inspiration to those who refuse to give up in the face of adversity.
