I found outside my houses this random guy i never met before.
I approached to ask if he needed something or help because he is new in city.
I got met with "FL", Aggressivity and OOC Insults in return, nothing new.
He also ATTEMPTED to VDM me, I know, we should say "CR" now but doesn't sound right, anyways, the POV explains everything.

POV:

In my opinion the server rules should enforce Speaking English more in EN 1 - 2 - 3 to preserve the RP Experience.
