Life story:
John was born in the Los Santos ghetto, in a poor white family, and has always been surrounded by minorities throughout his childhood, hence he got many gang members and other criminal traits. In his early teens used to be a criminal and got addicted to drugs. He had respect in the ghetto, due to his driving skills, stealing cars, and his leadership talent. He created sophisticated schemes and plans, such as using self-made drones to locate targets or using GPS trackers and frequency interceptors (also self-made) to track and break into cars to steal them. After stealing a few cars, John would organize street racing competitions among his friends and gang members where they would drive at extreme speeds and even off-road. When he was in high school, both of his parents were killed by unknown criminals, and he was left alone. Since that accident, John became to hate every criminal in the city and wanted to get back at them. John began hunting down criminals all around Los Santos, torturing and even killing some of them. He got arrested for murder, and during his time in the Bolingbroke Penitentiary, he met Sophia and Dave, who became his new family.
Career story:
After getting out of jail, John's new family helped him to clear his name and got him into the Police academy, where he was at the top of the class. His skills were quickly noticed by Elon Moose, who was Sheriff for SAHP at that time, and John got invited to join SAHP where he quickly climbed the ranks ending up as Assistant Sheriff and Head of SWAT. After Elon Moose's term in SAHP, he became FIB Director, and John followed him. John was quickly recognized in FIB as well and served 2 terms as Director of FIB. Currently, John is Lt. General for the National Guard serving under General Jayy Hill. John stays devoted to his family for all the help he received from them, and doesn't hesitate to get back to his old lifestyle of being a criminal.
Outcomes:
1. John can loot/take weapons from gang members and other criminals to use them to his advantage even if they are illegal.
2. John can rob/kill people in the ghetto, or kidnap and rob them in a quiet place. (robbing entails taking their weapons/ammo/drugs in exchange for their life)
3. John is loyal to his org and will protect its image at all costs - can kidnap and execute/torture people trying to tarnish the image of NG.
