Life story:
Roop was born in India in a rich family and was getting lots of care and love from his family members, everything was going well and good until one day his parents were flying with him to somewhere to surprise him on his birthday but unfortunately the flight that he was traveling in got highjacked and landed somewhere unknown. Somehow Roop was able to run away from the terrorists but lost his parents and got no news of them thereafter.
Career Story:
After he got away from those robbers in the unknown city, He had no idea what to do, where to go. He used to earn his livelihood by doing various job like working as a farmer, taxi driver etc. But it was so hard for him because he never worked this hard while being with his family.
One day he heard That the Government was hiring, He had no Idea what government is and what does it do, but just to get rid of these jobs and earn more money he went for the interview where he met Masta Killa who took his interview and trained him.
Due to his hard work and various abilities, he keeps getting promoted and Became USSS Director.
But not everyone was happy with his success, He was framed by People and was thrown out of government and to take revenge he joined gang and turned on the other side but the soft side of him and his family background kept bothering him and never let him sleep peacefully,
Until one day his friend Uchiha Mickey contacted him to join Government back and help him to improve government because ever since Roop Left Government USSS kept getting down, Roop always wanted to join back and work as Director again, but Mickey decided to give him bigger responsibility by making him Chief of Staff, he took the responsibility of security of citizen of los santos and kept working for their wellbeing.
But due to his time spent in gang he still has some connections in there which he uses time to time to get intel's and earn money.
Outcomes:
1. Roop can carry his org weapons/vests on and off duty so he can always respond to any situation quickly.
2. Roop keeps his radio on his 24/7 to listen to GOV calls while not on duty.
3. Roop is able to use illegal weapons while on duty.
4. Roop can sell and buy weapons/illegal items in the black market.
5. Roop is able to do any illegal activities (must not involve LEOs).
6. Roop is able to go to ghetto off duty to kill and rob people due to his street knowledge.
7. Roop is able to wear a personal balaclava to conceal his identity while off-duty.
8. Roopbis able to attend family events and do illegal activities with them.
9. Roop is able to take items from criminals for his own benefit.
10.Roop is able to smash suspects bodycam to stop them from recording (using /try but it can used only 2 times not more than 2 times).
