I was just punished for 1.7 All participants of all events under all spheres must record POV and hold it within 48 hours | 30 days ban. Approved - POV Request | 105405
This punishment is incorrect because i was not inside of a sphere or event , therefore i am not required by this rule to record. I wasnt even aware a sphere was present because from where i was standing on the highway i was not in a zone.That is besides the point though because i never was actually in the zone or sphere. I was driving by and saw cops on the roof shooting at people on the highway, so i drove down the highway away from them to hop out and snipe them Which is why i was able to use my heavy sniper during this time because i wasnt in the sphere. I was even punished DURING this situation by William Federal For ER 1.11 before i was even able to kill call the cops. If i was inside the Sphere i would not of been able to use my sniper and i would not of already been punished for ER 1.11. I understand what i did wrong and am now aware of what event was occuring, this wont happen again.

Please understand that i never entered a sphere, so i did not record. I go to multiple events and i know spehere need to have pov. I dont have no POV of this because i was not in the event. How can i be banned for not having POV of an event if i never even went just so you can confirm? If thats the case we would need to record 100% of the time to prove innocence for confirmation . Your confirmation that I was not in the zone was me being punished by your admin team for ER 1.11. This rule exactly states that i was not in the sphere. Check with Admin William Federal who punished me for not being in the zone, he saw it and punished me while i was fighting them in this situation.
