Recognize Efforts: Acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of team members who actively participate and contribute to roleplay activities. This can include recognition in team meetings or even small rewards.
Leadership Involvement: Encourage leadership to actively participate in roleplay scenarios. This demonstrates their commitment, encourages buy-in from the team, and sets a positive example.
