1. Why do you want to become an admin? You may hear this a lot the reason I want to be a admin is because I’ve been playing grand for along time now and I think it’s time for me too look back and help the community stay self, well that isn’t my reason I want to be a admin. The real reason I want to be a admin is because I see rule breaks all over the city I see people getting upset and people leaving the city because of these acts. I want to be a reason this stops I don’t only want to be a admin I want to be a friend to the community I want people to be able to talk to me about there problems and issues there’s having in the city so I can go and help them to give them the best experience possible.
I believe in some morals these are: Respect, Honesty and kindness.
Respect: I believe heavily in this because if you don’t have respect for me how can I respect you. Respect falls under caring and understanding. Me as a person I understand everyone’s side and listen to all comments and situations and problems because if you don’t how are you meant to move forward with life if you can’t understand and care with what is going on around you.
Honesty: This is another deep one I believe. First of how do you move forward when you lie, all that happens is that you feel guilt and sadness as you’ve lied to move away from something there is no such thing in a white lie as all comes back to you of what you lie about. This is a great reason why I should be given the admin position as I can spot out a lie from a mile away and when some one lies to me I do not let it slide. You may ask why well why would you? Lying is disgusting and look upon as a disrespectful to a person.
Kindness: This is a big one if you aren’t kind to some one how do you expect them to be kind to you? I am never rude or disrespectful to a person as being rude is not going to get you anywhere. Except make you more enemies in the future. This is a great moral to have as a admin as people will look up to you with respect and honesty and if your seen as a good respectful kind and honest guy people will treat you with same back.
This is why I want to be a admin as if you have good morals and amazing discipline, you will get the job done in a professional manner and people will look up to you with all the morals I have just listed. The admin position would be the perfect role for me as I have the patience and discipline to work things out in the correct manner. Like a good old phrase I want to make the city great again.
2. What are your strengths?
Communication skills: I can understand anyone under any situation and i am not shy I will chat my head off to any human.
Honestly: I see lying as a disappointment to society. I will 100% always tell the truth no matter what comes my way.
Leadership skills: In the city I haven’t been able to prove my leadership skills. But ooc am a commander in the Royal Navy this is where I lead a team of 300 mid shipman to success and teach them the right ways of life.
Patience: I can wait and wait and wait and watch and watch and watch and keep going until I get something right am a man who never gives up on trying and will always find a way to make things right.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
My overall greatest weakness is that I hold myself to very high standards I noticed this when I was spending that extra more time in the gym or staying overtime at work making sure everything is perfect and correct before I leave so that all is at peace.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin? Honestly yes I have spent a lot of time in rp and am ready to prove to everyone to show how much I can really help the city.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin) I do not own one
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment? No at the minute there is no issues.
