So i was having a IC argument with someone when he then said in OOC chat if i wanted to talk shit come in the morning when he's active and i responded, I never insulted him in anyway

Also in the forum it says that he is posting it for his friend when in the rules it states
  • The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation);
