Approved ID 41109 | Looting in Gunfight

As seen in the POV, ID 41109 can be clearly seen looting in a gunfight while literally being shot. This broke my immersion and ruined the rp situation that was going on as he clearly broke the rules and did not care to rp efficiently.

ID 41109 is seen looting people while being shot.
