Rejected Falsification of evidence / 102474

I was reported yesterday for CR by id 102474, this thread ( Reviewed - RDM | 20612 ) is already reviewed and I have been punished for CR. By the time you view this thread I'll finish my jail term anyway. In that guy thread you can see that the recording starts right after I asked him to leave the area, so it looks like I just started ramming his heli for no reason. The whole situation takes place in the backyard of our family house, so it's clearly not his property, and he took up most of it to park his own helicopter, so we have to use a smaller part (behind the tennis net), and this part is pretty bad for our big heli. This is extremely unfair considering the fact that he cut out the part where I asked him to leave on purpose.
