Hello there,
this "smart" guy first shot me from a building for no reason, then pretended to come see if I was ok, then slowed down to get hit from the back while I was following them (you can tell since the first thing he says is "why u car ramming?", then killed me for no reason at all. He's probably just a kid that needs a hug but I reckon someone needs to tell him this is not the right way to ask for it.
He also came to the hospital waiting for me to try play gangster or something by the way (probably still seeking affection), if he is trying to get the award for most toxic boy in the game he is a very good contender.

Thankyou for the award my friend, but i killed you because you chased me then car rammed me, you then came back to where you died straight away which is breaking the first life rule and i then gave you demands to leave the area because my solar panels are near by. you should learn the rules of the city before playing mate, if your given demands you must leave the area, and when you die you cant go back to the place of death for at least 15 mins irl time.

Ill happily take a punishment for rdm even though it wasnt rdm, he caused the situation, but from his pov he clearly deserves a punishment for CR.
