GEN 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them.
Situation ( SOLAR PANNEL RAID CLEARLY SAID IN MY DEMAND GIVEN TO U ).
Y were u gearing up in the first place with lmg and vest r u making a fun of everyone by saying that u were sight seing and all of a sudden and i came and made up a solar pannel raid, then it would have been UB XD
