Kay was born in a Big city in a called New York he was born on the 5th of January 1990 somewhere around 09:45 AM. His parents decided to give him a totally different name due to some issues Kay
might have in the future. Kay lost his Father Naz Mingo at the age of 9 because he moved to the UK for a job, a year after that Kay's Mother Dani Mingo decided that she would also like to move there so that she could live with her husband, and so that Kay can grow up with his Father. Kay loved playing with "LEGO" bricks when he was still young, he loved making scenarios with the Legos he had, he loved playing with them and he had a magnificent imagination. During Kay's time in the UK, he had a fantastic life, he was going to school, learning English, and getting better at everything every day. Igor loved the Christmas season, this is the time when he feels happy, welcomed. When Kay turned 15 his Father Naz Mingo lost his Job, and they were going through a tuff time in the mid-2000-5's, Kay's Father after 2 months of searching, he found a new job, after careful considerations he started working for the British Army. When Kay turned 17 years old he started thinking of where to start working when he turned 18, he mostly wanted to work in the Military or Army like his father but he didn't want to work in the UK so he decided that when he will turn 18 years old he shall move to the city of Los Santos and start working for the National Gaurd there. So like he planned, he turned 18 started packing things up, spending more time with family and friends, after a few weeks when he was ready to fly out of the UK he said his final goodbyes to his Father Naz Mingo ( Kay Left the UK in the year of 2008 ). Kay's time in the City
When Kay first arrived at Los Santos he was amazed at how nice the city looked, and he was very excited to start his new job at the National Gaurd. After two weeks of arriving to the city Kay started his job, he was a part of the Air Support division there. Kay had a great time in the NG, he loved the activities, training, vehicles but his favorite activity was setting up checkpoints around the whole city while Marshal Law was active. After a few years of serving in the National Gaurd Kay resigned from his job and moved on to the LSPD during Mr Timothy's term, in Ragnar's term he got to become a Fto officer, he had a great time in the LSPD, patrolling, arresting, fining, he knew that it was a great way to go. After a year or two, Ragnar's term ended. During Mr Ethan's term he became a Mayor, Kay started getting a bit bored in the LSPD but he loved the job so he decided to stay in there. Fast forward another two or three years in Mr Daniel's term, Kay was not really around in that time since he was in a LOA because of some medical problems, when he came back to the LSPD after the LOA he was supported by everyone and re-gained confidence in himself. After Daniel's term ended Kay decided to take a break and not come back to LSPD yet, he came back in Mr. Yip's term, where he was appointed the lieutenant of FTO, he loved the job of an FTO, he loved training everyone so that they can be set out for the real world. Fast forward four or five years, Kay was in Gabi Tosca's term and he was appointed the Major of FTO, Kay was really excited that he got to lead the FTO division, he with the help of others got to experience it, Kay trained all of the FTO's again and made sure everything is running as smoothly as possible. After a few months of being the Major of FTO, Igor was accused by a few people of destroying everything, making the division terrible. Kay didn't think much about that for the longest while, but then the hate overwhelmed him, so he decided to take a LOA during which he resigned from the position. When Kay resigned from the LSPD he was 25 years old. Since Kay was in the city for a few years now he started missing his Father and Mother who still lived in the UK, he tried to reach out to them but an unknown Woman picked up the phone and she told him that his Father passed away in a fire a few months back. Kay was devastated about this news, he could not bring himself together for the next few months, he started drinking and smoking again. After a few months Kay knew that it was time to find a new job, so he passed on and become an FIB agent, he started of with no exception as a Junior Agent, he was trained along with a few other Junior Agents by Mr. Sato. After he was trained he started his job, he was a flawless Agent and was getting promoted nearly every month. After two years of being in the FIB, Kay became a Senior Special Agent, he had many friends in FIB, he loved it there, it was the best org he was ever in and he never wanted to leave, until something happened Kay could not stay serious one day on duty and started talking nonsense, Kay was caught doing that by one of his fellow Agent's and the bodycam footage was shown to the Director and Deputy Director of the FIB, Kay was confronted by the Director and his Deupty about the situation, and it turned out he was guilty, Kay was given one last chance and if a situation like this happened again he would get fired from the FIB, Kay was happy when he heard this because he expected much worse than that. After this situation Kay needed to take a break so he took a 2 day LOA during which he started smoking again because he was still devastated about the news of his Fathers death. When Kay came back from his LOA he started fulfilling his duties again, doing his job properly, he made a promise that he will never do anything stupid while on duty again. Along with that Kay keeps on living his casual life. After a few years of Kay working harder and harder all the time for FIB so under a different Director of FIB all the HC gained trust in him and decided to promote him to an elite force in the FIB, the 00 Agents. Kay was still fighting for promotion since his dream was to become the head or deputy head of Special Operations in the FIB.
What Is Kay Doing Right Now...
Right now at the age of 31 Kay is unemployed as he decided to take a break. Kay is enjoying his life while he can he has met a few lovely people and looks for to meeting more.

1. Due to Kay's Advanced Weapons Training, He can pick up any weapon of the ground and use it to his advantage.
2. Due to Kay's Experience in LSPD, NG, SAHP, and FIB, he has learned of multiple ways to escape being taken hostage which includes lockpicking, window breaking, and jamming the door when it shuts so it doesn't lock. (/try can only be used twice per).
3. Due to Kay's experience he has a hidden bodycam attached to his belt 24/7 that records all the time and sends the footage to his personal database.
4. Kay Can Off-road Due To His Time Running And Chasing In NG, SAHP, LSPD, and FIB.
5. Due to Kay's time in NG, SAHP, LSPD and FIB he is not afraid of 2 guns and knows how to successfully save him self within reason.
