kindly I want to unblock my account, as I filed a complaint against a player yesterday with a video. where the player and I were banned, I do not know what is the reason for the ban, in fact, after I inquired about the reason from a member of the administration, he informed me of the violation of that, so I promise you that this will not be repeated, and I have full confidence in you.
