Sir, General Rule 1.9 is happened when we evade TAX system. We did not evade tax. We sell with 100k to the house which Government value is 190k which is still 50% less. After that seller may give some money to buyer because we want to do other activities which need money. We are friends in real world and in the same family so we are giving money like 100k 200k to each other who need money. It does not mean we evade TAX because we already sell it with over half of government value.
If it is against rules, I am so sorry about that. We won't do that again. Also this is the first time I got banned. So, pls ...
