Life Story:
Luke was given birth to and brought up in Los Santos. His childhood was marked by a tragic event when his male parent was unjustly killed in a leos shooting by the NG. Luke's male parent, who happened to match the description of a suspect they were pursuing, was shot despite being non-compliant. In a disappointing turn of events, the court ruled that the Soldiers's actions were justified, leaving Luke and his mother with no financial support. Struggling to make ends meet, Luke grew up quickly, shouldering the responsibility of helping his mother pay bills and cover their basic needs. Over time, Luke's resentment towards the NG grew, and he developed a plan to take action against them for their wrongful deeds, as the corrupt justice system had failed to do so.
Career Story:
Motivated by a longing to pursue fairness and create an impact, Luke pursued a university education, eventually obtaining a Masters in Penal Justice. He aspired to join the NG, wishing to bring about change from within. Luke's resolve paid off, and he successfully landed a position within the organization. Through diligence and determination, he progressively ascended the ranks, now finding himself in a position where he issues commands rather than receiving them, with some exceptions. Luke remains fixated on his objectives, refusing to allow anything to divert his attention. His perseverance and persistence have consistently been defining characteristics, and he remains unwavering in his mission to ensure his father's exoneration is acknowledged and justice is served.
