Life Story: Born in Oslo Norway in a bad neighborhood filled with crime and drug use. One day when Xerxes was 9 his father was comming home from work and there was a police raid nearby for drugs and since his dad was not a native norwegian he was immediately arrested because of raical profiling. Xerxes became angry at the system for arresting the wrong guy just beause of his immigration background, so he devoted his life to get revenge on the system one way or another. By the age of 12 he joined the local street gang but he joined only to learn about what kind of firearms they were using so he could learn how to use them to get revenge. At the age of 16 he left the gang with respect and no criminal history to pursude his dream.
Career Story: After turning 19 and finishing High school he joined the Norwegian defense army for a year as a firearms expert in assult rifels and handguns. After he completed his tour with the knowledge he gained he moved to LS for a better life and for a better career in the United States secret service. After working throught the ranks and gaining Cheif Of Operations and seeing a fair share of what really is going on at capital and the DOC they controll he finaly decided enough is enough of innocent people ending up in prison for being at a location at the wrong time that are wrongfully profiled.
Outcomes:

2. Xerxes is able to lie about calling any lawyer for any 10-15s that are requesting it
3. Xerxes can destroy bodycams and evidence
4. Xerxes is able to use illegal firearms
