That guy always use his helicopter to access roofs, and enter buildings to refuse giving debts. I told admin Jack West he asked for ID and I gave his ID but Jack did nothing then Carlo West said anyone can sleep in car, he can clearly see that he is using helicopter but saying its a car.

Thats the same guy who gave me demand to get his dept and edited the demand part in his pov when I killed him after that. xD>
