2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1.First of All I have been in grand rp for 1 year on EN2 and EN3 and worked as hc in legal and illegal organizations and gained various friendships and experiences, now I want to be the leader of LSPD And I know a lot of people apply for this but it's my self-confidence that sets me apart
2.Secondly, I think LSPD is a very important organization in this city because this organization provides the basis for the safety of the city and is very important for all people.because we need the city to stay safe and free from crime
3. Thirdly, the reason why I want to be a leader is because I am a friendly, disciplined and rules-abiding person, because when I am a leader, I want to ensure that myself and the people in the organization are loyal to the rules and RP.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
I want to see more officers using RP commands in my own organization and people who can run RP smoothly, for example, things like an employee reading their rights, healing, arresting someone while handcuffed are extremely important to me. and if i become a leader i will prepare my hcs for it. and I will always follow the tasks and events that the organization has to do and assist the LSPD's involvement. and I will remind the people working at LSPD that their bodycams are important and that their bodycams should be on when they are on duty, and I will advise my IAs to check it. and I will also make close friendships with other leaders in order to make the city the best, and I will do the best leadership necessary to ensure the security of the city by following the events and operations that the organization should do.
Secondly, it is very important whether the recruited people know the server rules or not, for this I will attach great importance to human resources because whether the people in the organization know the rules or not affects the role.
Third , As a leader, I will make sure that people are really doing their job well and are able to fulfill their responsibilities because it has tremendous value to the organization. And I will make the chain of command the best for everyone because i am fair people
