A well-organized criminal gang called Carter was founded in India in the 1990s. The ancestors were Native Indians. After the group expanded, it quickly rose to prominence and became one of the most prestigious syndicates in India, where many people with similar backgrounds relocated in the mid-1980s. Blade carter , together with his buddies Punar Carter ,Fiend Carter, Yusuf Miya,& Rohit Badmash stood next to each other and started this gathering. Later, the pals relocated to Los Santos, where they met their old friends like Gobilin Badmash, Jojo Carter and other like-minded immigrants from Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and other countries. The family started to grow and broaden its range of activities as a result of the coordinated actions of the knowledgeable and reliable people who were around Blade Carter . A year later, they were in charge of many different criminal activities, including the transportation of unauthorized immigrants from Bangladesh, the supply of weapons from Mombasa, and the flow of drugs from Sri Lanka. Money laundering was done with the aid of both charity and legitimate enterprises. Due to the skillful acts of accountants, money was transferred through offshore accounts formed at banks like Fleece, etc.
