ID 135 will not receive punishment for General rule 6.15
However ID 98008 will receive punishment for Mixing
As you got shot in the red zone (ghetto) and in red zone shooting without demands is allowed
Therefore there was not any RDM
And ID 98008 said "RDM" and "forum" as saw in the POV at 1:18 timestamp
Should have said shot without demands and see you on gov site
6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
