Hello gods this is rog shizu on 24 July I got banned for Event Rule 1.7 (POV was not provided even after 15 hours 42 minutes)
But my pc was giving me trouble while playing suddenly screen goes no signal and very slow performance. i have thought that was something related software but I have changed all drivers updated and downgraded but there was no use
I have decided to give my pc to service so after 10 days they have given my pc back and they told that there was a spark in side GPU plug we have replaced and changed software drivers on 9/8/2023 but that told me that ssd is not working properly now I'm sending ssd to service center to claim warranty and I went back home the.

how can I send pov without having my pc it was in service centre i request to unban because there was my fault I was shooting from outside of the zone and about not providing pov i couldn't even reply because I haven't login in mobile I will get notifications only on pc. I'm sending the proof of bill and last ssd mail from WD
