Rejected Sent to Demorgan

Johnny Odds has sent me to demorgan after reading a thread by Tahshin Bhai that I shot in Green Zone. But its was not written as GZ anywhere. So how am I suppose to know that its Green Zone. I have been playing for so long and not a single time this has happened before. I feel like I have been cheated and Admin Johnny Odds did wrong here. I want to know that if everything is Green-zone then how can we do the Debt collector Role. IF every business in this server is Green-zone even its not written GZ.

You guys made a role called Debt Collector and then made so many rules against it that players cant even do it. How is this supposed to be balanced ? If we tell players to stop they don't stop, they always run to parking or in their houses. The only way we can do it is by shooting them and then reviving. If the server rules are not balanced how are we supposed to play in this server ?

1.2 It is forbidden to buy weapons, drugs. Also to kidnapp, rob people and put bags on players head. / Warn

2.2 Initial and public works: Truckers, Electricians, Sawmill, Farm 1-2, Bus workers, Taxi companies, Oil rig.
2.3 Enterprises: Car dealerships, Motorcycle dealerships, Boat sales, Air transport sales, Service stations, Shops 24/7, Clothing stores, Jewelry store, Parking spaces, Burger shop(marked on the map "B?", gas station, Construction site, Bar, Black market.
2.4 Other: Lifeinvader, LS Airport, Licensing Center, Trade Market, Stadium, Casino, Prison, Post Office, Auto Fair, Real Estate Agency, Recruiting Office, Weapon Assembly, Beach Gym, Resource Exchange Points, Purchasing Rooms, Bank, ATM, Fishing Pier , Residential complex, Auto theft, Bunker.
