So i was landing at DOC with an 10-15 and as soon as i was going to take him out of my heli some one opens fire with an lmg and committed rifle death matching and mercy killing both me and the 10-15 with me for no reason at all.

Rules state that povs depending on rp Situation needs to be a minute long no less, and if you are arresting my friend and I kill him and you how is that not part of rp, either way this pov is illegal as well

On top of that you are screen recording with windowed mode without showing all your tabs, another pov rule break
