Rejected - Fear RP and Stalling | 165328 is the thread I'm referring to.
I won't normally do this, but this guy targets me time and time again plus targets any of my gang, my friends, my IC Wife, etc. This decision is incorrect. He shouldnt have stopped the RP just because he couldnt see the gang cars.
He was NOT fearing for his life and he was clearly stalling as we sat there for over a minute. I understand he thought there was a rule break , but this doesn't give him right to stall to potentially get backup. RP should have continued and he should have reported after.
