It's clear you are in front of a ATM robbery. The law enforcement right to take you under detention for claim more evidences. And in POV can see you have a lot of Illegal firearm. Which one is mean under Code of Criminal and Misdemeanour Law, article 2, paragraph 12:

2.17.2 Excessive Firearms Carry (Overcarrying). [★★★★ Class-4 Felony][60-months; $40,000][Confiscation][Revocation: Gun Licence]
- Definition: Possession of weapons and or ammunition on one person more than allowed by the current gun legislation in backpack or in a personal vehicle.
2.17.3 Possession of Illegal Firearms. [★★ Class-2 Felony][30-months; $20,000][Confiscation][Revocation: Gun Licence]
- Definition: Possession any firearms without an AMMO serial number.

They have clear reason for arrest you.
Btw, can collect more evidences against you from other law enforcements also.

And Rules of State 5.6 ()5.6 LSPD/SAHP/FIB require to have a bodycam for each arrest. | In the absence of evidence - verbal warning), you have never been getting arrested you has been taken under detention. Next step will the under arrest, but you left the game. And for that you already take punishment for GR 6.2

I had a gun on me because I went to the event at 17:20 On the way to the event I saw my friend was injured while I was helping I was shot by the criminals and I was arrested for no reason when I was injured and I was arrested for no reason and searched then send me to jail and the forum was opened on it even though I was innocent I was warn and I got a prison sentence I want all pov as there is no rotating role

You can only Request POV of arrest if the officer did metagaming etc. Regardless of that you never got arrested you were put in cuffs and then you left the game for which you got punished, they had every right to put you in cuffs as you were off duty + near an active ATM. robbery.​
