it is ems HC being envious to players and making non rp rules without any RP logic

till admins will ignore this kind non rp rules on RP servers this kind peoples will do shit and block any ways for any others to reach to some things... And ems hospital location was whole day full now is empty , just because poeoples dont want to contact with this persons.
This little thigs destroying server, cause peoples losing interest ....

A few weeks before he made this rule and saw that admins ignoring it, now he want to ban whole server who has this bp task.
