ID 82725 and 112297 will get punishment for Gen Rule 6.15 + FL in RP
However, ID 103374 will also receive punishment for Gen rule 6.15 ( Also did UB + Metagaming)
You cant answer a rule break with a another rule break + You also did UB as you patch a person who is under the car
Gen Rule 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN
