2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
LI is unrecognisably one of our most important organisations. Falling outside the spheres of state and crime, LI has so much RP and entertainment potential out of any other org. In the next 3 points I will explain why I think I'll prove to be LI's best ever CEO

→ EXPERIENCE
I know each and every single function LI has to offer. This is from my large network of many friends I have who have been multiple time LI leaders in different cities. I have spoken to and advised so many leaders on how to run this org it has almost become second nature for me to advise on LI matters. The role of CEO demands more leadership than any other org leader and I can guarantee that no other applicant can match the standard of leadership I can offer

→ RESTRUCTURING
I have noticed that for a long time LI has been undervalued and underdeveloped. There has been no growth. As I have previously mentioned, I believe that this organisation has tremendous potential. However, to realise this potential it will be necessary to restructure the org from its current state. I would be happy to discuss the specific points of this restructuring in greater detail during the interview. I will outline some of these points in the "Improvements to RP" section of this application

→ SERVICES
LI offers a wide range of services, from basic ingame ads to CNN and Forbes front pages. Unfortunately, these services have been left untouched for some time. As leader, I will commit to changing this and improving LI services so that they are never overlooked again in this city

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-- Use LI's services to create an interesting city RP arch. The discord CNNs are such a valuable tool in creating RP and reach a mass audience but I think it has been forgotten that these CNNs are IC and should not just be put on admins to post uninteresting content
-- Host events regularly. LI should be hosting more events than any other org and not just to fulfil leader 1.9 but to genuinely create some fun for the citizens of this beautiful city
-- Keep HC that add value to the org and dispose of if they do not. Eradicate nepotism and bias
-- LI should maintain contact with every single organisation in the city. Both crime and state orgs should work with LI to engage in some newswriting RP
-- Since LI doesn't participate in any PVP events I still wish for my employees to have fun. Without some fun then this org will be void of the desirability needed in order to attract members

Goals
+ Keep curators happy by making sure all rules are followed | HAPPY CURATORS = SUCCESSFUL ORG
+ Host more events than any other org throughout my term | DAILY
+ Ensure ADs and services are dealt with timely to avoid any complaints
+ Try to keep most content as revolved around an RP storyline as possible
+ Hire employees for every timezone to create a 24/7 active organisation as it should be
+ Create a sustainable org structure that can survive many more future terms | FUTUREPROOF THE ORG
