As it can be seen in evident video, I was going for a park on my own. Then , he came behind me, throwed me out of the way. And I was patiently waiting for him to go but instead he pulled his weapon and started shooting. I didnt even attack him back. And after killing me he left. As far as I know ( I think I saw him before once too in same lcoation) he is also from FIB.
