The admin accepted a forum complaint with evidence that was not the evidence of the person who made the original complaint (The complaint is filed by a person who is not related to the situation. (POV must be personally made by person who is involved in situation).I was using Xbox game bar which DOES record all overlays. Hello,

For the part where you are saying he used your POV to report you and not his. How in his POV it will show your recording software. It will only show that in your POV of what software you use clearly it was Xbox Game Bar. And for the fact of recording all overlays you could have turned that on after your punishment to get it removed. There is no proof that it was turned on after. And you could have put that in your past few appeals when you didn't and randomly remember about it now. Seems like you are just tryna get your punishment lowered or removed any way you can even if it is by deceiving admins.

admin made correct decision to accept pov and what relation have overlays to your violation of rules which where recorded on pov ?
