My friend asked the Admins if he can pass me Money and with this Money i buy his house off him. Tim Profit told my friend that its allowed to do it like this if we dont exceed the 5M limit. As we asked what the cheapest is that we can sell a house and its 50% of state value, my friend passed me Money and i bought his house for a bit over 50% State Value.
