ID 85372 will be punished for GZ 1.1 + CL

From the evidence given, it can be seen that ID 85372 was shooting in DOC (GZ) and subsequently CLed after being killed. Not enough proof to justify GR 6.4 as he wasn't shooting at you, as for RDM - cannot conclude it as RDM as there was already a situation ongoing when you arrived.​
